Another week of April officially in the books. Anyone else notice that time seems to be flying by at warp speed? π Glad it’s Friday, though!
I’ve noticed some other bloggers who list the random search terms that brought people to their blogs, and I thought I’d join the party!
Search terms that brought people to The Random Path:
Candy Credit Cards: Do they come in watermelon flavor?
How to start the things I wish I could tell you: Um, maybe not so much verbiage…
Funny lunch detention stories: Yup, I have those!
Wish if I can be 5 years old: Life was definitely easier at that age!
My sister took my ex-wife’s side: Whoa…I’m not even going to touch that one!
A wedding dress that doesn’t break the bank: They are out there; mine only cost $100 π
I’ve also been reading blogs, yo…
Posts I got a kick out of this week:
Kim over at Eyes on the Dollar asks Is Living in a Small TownΒ Better?Β It’s interesting how one’s perspective changes once you are a parent.
As a fellow SoCal blogger, I loved Tonya’s post at Budget and the Beach, about living on our side of the country. Check out How to Afford L.A. My Perspective.
This post was just all kinds of awesomeness, seriously! I loved Brian at Luke 1428’s take on marriage and finances with his post Two Shall Become One: A Case For Financial Togetherness.
Average Joe at The Free Financial Advisor talks about bad financial advice in his post Bad Advice? Here’s Some From Top Money Gurus.Β And yes, he mentions the lady who likes to scream at people “DE-NIED!!!!”
Money, time, relationships, and the concept of living life to the fullest, were the topics of two really great posts! Check out Canadian Budget Binder’s Life, Money, and Retirement-Skype Doesn’t Reach HeavenΒ and Monster Piggy Bank’s Time is Money: What Are You Sacrificing For Money?
Have a great weekend everyone!
Those searches are hilarious!! Mine are mostly for a race that I did, though “something on my face” was the funniest one I’ve seen. Have a great weekend! π
Aren’t they, though? π
Have a great weekend too!!
I always like sharing a few of my search terms as well for a giggle at the end of my post. Thanks for sharing a CBB post. Have a great weekend!

“Candy Credit Cards: Do they come in watermelon flavor” Lol, that’s classic! I’d definitely stock up on more of them then. π Have a great weekend Mackenzie!
I know, right? Where does one get candy credit cards? π
Have an awesome weekend John!
We SoCal bloggers have to stick together, right!! I must not be doing something right because I never get fun search terms. Someday. Sure, others want big advertisers and lots of traffic. I want people to find me using usual search terms. I may need to rethink my strategy. π Have a great weekend, Mackenzie! Enjoy the beautiful weather!!
Yup, us SoCalers have to stick together!
These search terms are so funny to me because people actually typed them in! That’s what gets me π Have a great weekend Shannon, it’s definitely going to be great weather out there!
Great blog choices this week. I’m going to have to check them out! Have a great weekend Mackenzie! Go Canucks Go! Errrrrrr I mean Go Ducks Go π
Yup, they were definitely great posts!

Haha love your search terms! I always love going through mine to see what people are searching.
Ha, they are funny! I’m still waiting on the candy credit cards, though π
I’ve noticed time moving along very rapidly as well. Can’t believe the kids school year will be done soon. Appreciate the link love. Have a great weekend.
No problem, Brian! Have a great weekend π
Thanks for including my post – have a great weekend π

Thanks for the link love. Some of the search terms I read on my own blog crack me up!
You’re welcome π Yeah, the search terms are just too funny. People type these things in for pete’s sake!
I’d like a Vanilla credit card, especially if it has bonus points! Thanks for including me.
Ooh, vanilla! I didn’t even think of that one π Have a great weekend Kim!!
