Hockey is back! Hockey is back! HOCKEY IS BACK!
Can you tell that I am a bit excited that the lockout is OVER and hockey is officially BACK!
I feel like I have aged another year during the course of this lockout, for real. October didn’t really feel like October without having a brand new season to watch on television. And New Year’s Day somehow felt empty without watching The Winter Classic. And watching fans bicker on the sports blogs about the players association and whether the commissioner is a troll or not, lost its luster pretty quickly.
So hockey is back, and yes to answer your question, California does have professional hockey teams.
You know what I will be watching on Saturday :)
