Both my husband and I have been trying in vain, to kick this wretched cold we caught, to the curb. We have so far, been unsuccessful. Bleh…
But to add to the lovely feeling that your head suddenly seems to weigh 100 pounds (thanks congestion!), we have been spending some dough on medicine. Apparently, we had none to speak of when this little cold decided to invade our home. So we have had to purchase cough drops, cough medicine, etc… Not part of the January spending that I had intended. But we had nothing in our house. And when you feel like you are hacking up a lung, you kinda want something to sorta stop it, you know what I mean?
I guess budgets don’t care when you get sick, huh?
Well, I’m going to go drink my umpteenth cup of tea. Enjoy these posts I got a kick out of this week!

It seems like everyone around me has been getting sick, but thusfar my immune systems has been holding strong. You are right tho, the medicine can get expensive. I hope you guys feel better sooN!
